With this Tool you are able to create a virtual Fallout Online Character and to see how he will develope when gaining new levels. The benefit of this Character Planner is quite obvious. You don't need to calculate the development of your characters on your own anymore or test it in game. Here you can see, which S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes your character will become when you gain new levels and what he will be like when you've reached the maximum level of 21.

You can save your chars and if you need to you can also overwrite them with new values by saving them again.
